Performance Nutrition Basics
There are four main elements of diet that influence your capacity to perform well. These four are: your daily diet, your pre-workout intake, your exercise-specific fueling, and your recovery intake. Whether you hope to extend your mileage, maximize reps, or simply have a more productive work day- attending to these four elements will lead to overall gains in your performance.
